Available in two Absorbencies:

- Light/Moderate: Absorbs 1-2 tampons' worth (approx. 10 ml)
- Moderate/Heavy: Absorbs 3-4 tampons' worth (approx. 20 ml)

How to use:
Before the first use, we recommend that you wash the underwear to enhance the functionality of the absorbent layer (just like a towel).

Step 1:
Use period underwear instead of pads, tampons, or cups, or as a backup for extra protection. Can be worn for up to 12 hours.

Step 2:
After use, rinse in cold water until it runs clear. Machine wash cold (30°) or by hand with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang to dry.

Step 3:
Reuse and repeat during the day and night!

- Inner layer: 77% polyester, 23% merino wool
- Absorbent core: 85% TENCEL Lyocell, 15% polyester
- Waterproof layer: 100% polyester
